The Martin Residence was a residential project focusing on mid-century modern design and the integration of universal design. The 1600 sq. ft. residence is located in downtown Fargo’s 300 Broadway’s Condo complex. The client’s adoration for Mid-Century modern design, art collecting as well as classical and jazz music needed to be exhibited throughout the condo’s design. Their love for cooking, entertaining, and hosting guests needed to be considered while planning the layout. As well as their desire to continue to reside in the condo well into their 80s.
